Many people will go on and discuss all of the practices they enjoy for spiritual benefit, and to go along with it their energetic, mental, emotional and physical benefits. Meditating and doing yoga, eating correctly for your body and drinking plenty of water and sleeping the right hours for yourself are all well and good. There is no right combination of practices that will help you fully until you truly embrace the full time practice of YOU.

You are the true practice, discipline and path to being whole. You are the only piece to the only puzzle that should concern you. When you are working from the outside -in and then inside and back out once again, you have gone into and emerged back out of the Labyrinth. You are the Labyrinth. From an outward facing perspective, the focus must be first turned inward. Go deeper and deeper. Any method will do if it takes you deep into the center of your being. The journey inward can be made through yoga, meditation, diet, relaxation, self-contemplation and even reading or classes work for many. Whatever gets you to look inside and not judge what you see.

When you don’t judge what you are seeing within your deepest self, then you can gaze upon it and make the corrections, releases and adjustments accordingly. As you work on the inner core of your being, you will be expanding and raising your vibration more and more. The difference will be absolutely clear and undeniable once you reemerge and readjust your view of the world.

Upon emergence you will realize that a shift has taken place. The world and self that you once knew will have drastically changed for the better. The personality you had will be more enlivened and will radiate your positive traits with a strong foundation. The ego will have been resolved and confronted, and have been made peace with at the core, so you will find it to be agreeable upon re-emergence. The ego only remains as a practical sense of self, and not a bully any longer.

When you emerge you are free. If you don’t take the journey at all, that’s when emergencies happen in the physical realm (in any areas—love, health, job, security, etc.—due to unbalance and blindsight). But once you re-emerge from your journey, you are so free in fact that you will find time to make this journey over and over again, or as the need arises. The journey is so beautiful and profound that you will want to do this journey inward and back out daily. There is never an end to the staircase you are climbing, and the views become ever more beautiful and the air cleaner.

With meditation, aromatherapy, salt baths, yoga, qigong, energy balancing from various cultures, you’ll find the methods of choice are endless. You can do absolutely nothing and approach the same outcome. ‘Practice makes perfect’, as they say. So while practicing YOU, you will find that perfection has always been at your core, the Source of You, the fountain of YOU-th where we are One with The Perfection of that in which our image is created.

Gazing up through the trees, I imagine that they touch the sky. My perspective is as accurate as I think it is. If I climbed the tree I would gain a new perspective. From down here, I am short, small and stare up in awe of such magnificent creatures, as trees are. I ask them what it is like to be so close to Heaven. They reply with the wisdom of billions of moments. The vibration of Tree is a golden wave of feeling that is one with all things—the entire landscape and all that touch it are the same. Trees, as empaths, feel the breeze as I do. The warmth of the sun is to them, as it is to me. And the colors of the sunset are just as radiant.

Embracing the Light can be as simple as holding a Quartz crystal. The Crystallized Light Body that is the stone holds more memories than even this world can hold alone. The Light is meant to be a “solid, tangible” talisman, protection, tool, technology, and object which can be dubbed with other purposes as needed.

Although the Record Keeper that is this Light Body Being can accept your negative or positive orders, the Light Body Being is only healthy when neutral and balanced. Positive flow will produce positive manifestations, and negative flow will produce negative manifestations. The idea is to neutralize the person to match the Light of the stone. Our own Light Bodies are one and the same as the crystal’s Light Body. Our Crystalline Bodies are activating while the crystal, as our mentor, teacher, our brother/sister in Light, will remind us of all that we have to remember (positive manifesting), and can remind us of all the ways we have not yet listened (negative manifesting).

Listen to a Quartz crystal in meditation, or work with the Quartz in Healing sessions and begin to merge your Light Body back to the natural, neutral frequency of the stone. Within this Crystal Light is combined every one of the 7 True Colors. All that exists is made up of reflections of these 7 True Colors. The totality of the 7 True Colors, is pure White Light. What we perceive with our vision is where there is a “facet” in the Crystal Light. If you see a red apple, there is a “facet” where red is not absorbed and instead reflected into the mirror of God (we are made in His image). The light reflects back a red “facet” and vibrates at the thought-frequency the essence of an apple. Taste and smell, touch and sound, are all vibrating Light. We can truly “taste the rainbow”. Imagine a “facet” in the light where you are standing—a warp or bend, but more intricately created in sacred geometry, with precise angles and math.

You are reflecting colors at your “facets”. Your aura, your clothes, your skin, all reflect from these “facets”. The “facets” of you, are your True Colors. The “facets” of our jeweled reality are not broken glass images that are imperfect, they are merely a moment where a thought has created “some-thing” and the Light is reflecting back information to Source—the reason we are Here and Now—the meaning of Life (Lite/Light).

Only in Darkness is there an Absence of Color/Light. Where the Sun/Son doesn’t shine the Absence of Color/Light is Shadow. When we emerge from a ‘Dark Night of the Soul’, we walk in the Diamond Light—the strongest and brightest of Jeweled Light.

L. an Empath, asked about a dream she had where she was attacked verbally and emotionally by her husband. She has a great relationship with her husband in waking life and so she was confused about the dream. She frequently has lucid dreams which cause her emotions to become highly involved in her dreams. She also had just begin working at a battered woman’s shelter. She wanted to know the meaning of her dream and if she had the dream due to her husband’s hidden feelings or as a result of the negativity swirling around the women and their experiences prior to residing at the shelter. I have posted below some insights, so that others who are affected empathically can take what they can from it and apply it to their own lives.

As an empath myself, I have been consciously focusing on my higher vibrational psychic senses as a more 5D approach. 5D is the consciousness level of Unconditional Love and Compassion, the minimal level of consciousness Indigos come into this life fully realized.

Please bubble yourself if you are working at a women’s shelter and you are an empath, you really need to watch your energy.  Reading your dream made my heart start racing and it was not about your husband, it is about the women and their situations. It can be dangerous to an empaths health to work is such an environment. You can become physically ill from being empathic in general and now in this time we need to move our psychic senses to our higher chakras. Empathy as we know it, is not part of 5D, it is 3D and a lower sense. Our bodies can’t take the emapthy any longer. Ask your angels to help you move your empathy into a higher vibrational sensory perception like claircognizence. Clairvoyance and clairaudience too are not going to do the same thing to your body as clairsentience. There is nothing wrong with clairsentience but it can damage your body in the long run if it is empathy and if it is strong enough in a moment it can damage you in the moment. Empathy is like sympathy both are of lower vibration. Compassion is the key to the happiness of all and the healing of this world.

Something big is coming! In one Indigo group I am in online, this was the subject of a discussion thread. The Indigos are sensing what’s to come. I wanted to repost here what I mentioned within the conversation. This is a very brief explanation but hopefully it will spark you to look at your life path and stay on track with the coming changes. Many were frightened about Earth changes. Although I am not certain that all Indigos would let fear overcome them, since as Indigos we are here to remove fear itself as one of our duties, I encourage anyone who is fearful to seek angelic support at this time and get your energy, chakras and bodies clear.

What I feel so far and have gathered from others: A few things are happening now, it seems with this new moon the shift truly begins. Of course it has been “shifting” already so it is odd to make sense of that. But this is that feeling of walking out of molasses and jumping off a cliff into the unknown (a bright unknown). The dragon energy is coming in now (year of the dragon). On Dec 21, 2012 the Sun goes into it’s Spring Equinox and so the carbon changes, and we will be more in our light bodies. As far as I understand it now we will go to carbon 7.

People will get what they expect by LOA (Law of Attraction). But you can change what you expect. Our role here changes every moment. Connect with your angels, blueprint and your life plan and find out what you came to do. Do it and then do what comes next. There are changes every second. Even if you don’t “see” changes all the time, notice that you experience them through all of your other senses. Syncronicities are piling up and everything is getting more in sync. Funny that while things become in sync, they feel so very chaotic from the earthly perspective. Take a look from the point of view from your higher self and you can get a glimpse of the bigger picture.

I’ll add this now: There are many, many, many beings from all over who are here now and on their way. They are here to help usher in the new children who are the evolved ‘us’. We are continuing to pave the way. This is a time of overhaul and upheaval but it is not devastating. It is in fact beautiful. You can’t fear death as it is part of life and it is not going to be the result of all of this like some people fear. We are building a city in the sky, a light that will shine from the Heavens back upon this Earth and we will feel the warmth of the fires of God that we have lit. We are within the suit of wands and we are becoming enlightened. It will be our mission to bring in these helpers who come from other planets and areas of existence and we should welcome them with open love. If we do not, we will not survive. Then we simply go back to where we come from. The idea is to leave this planet better than we found it. It wasn’t always this way. The design of the life experience is not to be involved in constant defeat and fear. We can learn much more if we are learning in love. Fear is taught and the lesson must receive no more funding.

Our energies must be poured into areas of love, and we must fill with light all dark corners. All you have to do is smile, feel exuberant and give respect to this experience. Do not allow yourself to fall victim to the illusion. We all have a choice in our perspective. It is appropriate at this time to receive clearings, guidance and training in fields that nourish and support the communities. We can no longer focus on separation and comparisons. We have to begin to truly see that we are all One connected web of a being. We each are a unique part of the whole. We must realize that what we do affects all others and in return it affects ourselves.

This is the time to through caution to the wind and wager high. We can’t hold back our energy and expect that one day it will all just work itself out. Yes the world can work itself out, but there are those still consciously and unconsiously working against it. Why? For their own ego reasons.

But do not ever fear again. This is our time. Yes something big is about to happen and we are causing it to happen. We have a lot of help and there is more to come.
